Returns & Refunds

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us first and we will send a prepaid label for domestic orders.

Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are processed within five working days of the parcel reaching us, via bank transfer or another method we agree with you.

Skincare is personal, and a product that suits one person can be wrong for another. If you have used something and it does not work for your skin, tell us within 30 days and we will refund it — we do not need it back.

This applies once per product per customer. It is a genuine policy, not a loophole to test.

Send us a photo and your order number and we will ship a replacement the same day. Please do not send damaged items back; it costs more in postage than the product is worth.

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original for a refund and place a new order — it is faster for you and easier for us to track.
