When you place an order we collect your name, email, delivery address, phone number if you provide one, and the contents of your order. We do not collect card or online payment details — orders are paid in cash on delivery.

If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address and the date you subscribed.

To fulfil your order, deliver it, collect cash on delivery where applicable, respond to your questions, and — only if you have opted in — send you occasional emails.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are used. It does not track you across other websites and sets no advertising cookies.
