Shipping & Delivery
Orders are packed by the same people who make the products, usually within a day.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Anything after that goes out the next morning.
During launches and the December period, dispatch can take up to three working days. We post current timings at the top of the site when that happens.
Rates and delivery windows
Standard delivery is Rs 250 and arrives in three to five working days. It is free on all orders over Rs 5,000.
Express delivery is Rs 500 and arrives in one to two working days. Express is not free, regardless of order value.
We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. If the link has not arrived within 48 hours of your confirmation email, check your spam folder, then contact us.

Prices on our site are shown in PKR. The total at checkout includes product costs and shipping only.
